THE location was amazing near many shops and restaurants. I appreciated that staff were REALLY helpful and friendly. The hotel felt nice and clean.
The bathroom was NOT very nice THERE was only a bath with a shower head. It did not include a shower screen so I soaked the whole room when showering. Also the roller blind covering the window next to the bath was mouldy.

i stayed in a beautiful, large room. it was very clean and had an comfortable bed and pillows. the location is superb and rich in the heart. the room had great facilities and a view of the acropolis.
the entry system to the hotel is a nightmare. the stairs in the annex are steep. if you are on the top floor like us, get in training.

breakfast is not extensive, but it is good enough. the breakfasts are varied and i really liked them. there is optimal shopping guaranteed too.

the rooms are nicely renovated with beautiful decor. rooms have high quality sound proof windows. there is adjustable heating in the room and a wonderful, clean sauna and jacuzzi.

the location is super convenient, close to everything. all the sights are nearby and walkable. you can see the acropolis from the balcony at night, a highlight of the stay.

unreliable appannex access
The entryway system was not user-friendly. I stayed in the annex and was required to download an app to my smartphone. It was necessary for entry to both the main door and my room. On two separate occasions , I had to visit the main reception to report that the app was not functioning. There is no alternate access to the annex, so I felt trapped.
